12.2 Funds on Suspension

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds may be held during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, terbang777 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account balance. Where suspension is found to be without basis, any held real-money funds (excluding voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the Member through their registered withdrawal method.
